Welcome to The Sky’s the Limit Mini Spa. By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or visiting our spa, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. General Use

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, treatments, and use of facilities provided by The Sky’s the Limit Mini Spa (“Spa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1.2. By scheduling or receiving any service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) accept these Terms in full.
1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Medical Disclaimer

2.1. Our services include wellness, cosmetic, and aesthetic treatments that may involve medical-grade procedures. Results vary per individual and are not guaranteed.
2.2. Information provided on our website, during consultations, or through staff is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2.3. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures that may affect your treatment. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in adverse outcomes, for which the Spa is not liable.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive medical spa treatments, unless otherwise permitted by law and accompanied by a parent or guardian.
3.2. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including contraindications, inappropriate conduct, or non-compliance with policies.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

4.1. All appointments require a valid credit card on file or a deposit to secure booking.
4.2. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
4.3. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
4.4. Arrival more than 15 minutes late may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling at our discretion.

5. Payments & Refunds

5.1. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as posted.
5.2. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
5.3. Prepaid packages, memberships, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expiration dates apply as indicated at purchase.
5.4. Refunds on retail products are only permitted within 14 days of purchase, unopened and unused, with original receipt.

6. Risks & Liability

6.1. All treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to redness, bruising, swelling, or other side effects.
6.2. By receiving treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
6.3. The Sky’s the Limit Mini Spa and its providers are not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical history, client negligence, or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.
6.4. In no event shall the Spa be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1. Follow all aftercare instructions provided by our staff.
7.2. Refrain from the use of alcohol, drugs, or medications that may interfere with treatment without consulting your provider.
7.3. Respect spa staff, clients, and policies. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or illegal activity will result in immediate termination of services.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

8.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Client records are maintained in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.
8.2. Personal information will only be shared with authorized staff and providers directly involved in your care.

9. Promotions, Discounts & Memberships

9.1. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
9.2. Membership benefits are subject to terms outlined at the time of purchase.
9.3. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions and membership programs without prior notice.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
10.2. Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in St. Charles Parish, in Lousiana.

11. Acknowledgment & Consent
